The Sellvio v5.54.0 release further expands the system’s functionality by improving the accuracy and transparency of the in-store pickup process. The aim of this enhancement is to make pickup organization easier for both customers and stores, while reducing uncertainties arising from coordination.

Selecting an in-store pickup time

In the new version, the option to select a pickup time for in-store pickup has been introduced. In addition to choosing a date, customers can now specify the exact pickup time when placing their order, allowing the pickup to be planned in advance.

This improvement contributes to smoother service, reduces waiting times, and makes the in-store pickup process more predictable for both customers and stores.

 

Shipping details in the Sellvio API

From now on, the Sellvio API provides shipping details for orders, including information about dispatched packages, as well as the details of the selected parcel locker, if the customer chose parcel locker delivery. This enables accurate tracking and more transparent order management for all parties, allowing both customers and stores to plan the process more easily.
